基于多源数据的湖北省县域创新发展研究

A Study on County Innovation and Development in Hubei Province Based on Multi-source Data

  • 摘要: 以武汉建设国家科技创新中心为契机带动区域创新发展,是湖北省重要的发展任务,全面研究县域创新发展情况能够为创新湖北建设提供重要参考。本文以县域创新为研究对象,以专利时空数据、创新主体空间数据、县域优势产业数据为数据源,发现湖北省县域创新演化规律、创新空间分布模式,界定县域创新发展阶段。研究发现:湖北省县域创新演化规律方面,创新扩散趋势显著;湖北省县域创新空间模式方面,汉十轴与沿江轴创新模式存在显著差异,汉十轴形成“市创新、县转化”创新发展模式,沿江轴形成“沿江集聚、区域共同创新”创新发展模式;湖北省县域创新发展进程可分为创新起步、创新成长、创新优势三个阶段。最后提出了对湖北省县域创新发展监测与研究的相关建议。

     

    Abstract: It is an important development task for Hubei Province to drive regional innovation development by building Wuhan into a national science and technology innovation center. A comprehensive study of innovation development at county level in Hubei can provide important reference for innovation construction. This article focuses on county innovation, taking patent spatio-temporal data, innovation subject spatial data and county dominant industry data as data sources, discovers the innovation evolution law and innovation spatial distribution pattern in Hubei Province, and defines the county innovation development into three stages. The results show that there is a significant diffusion trend in the evolution of innovation at county level in Hubei Province. In terms of the spatial pattern of innovation at county level in Hubei Province, there are significant differences between the innovation pattern of Wuhan-Shiyan corridor and that of the Yangtze River corridor. The Wuhan-Shiyan corridor forms the innovation function division of 'city innovating and county transforming', while the Yangtze River corridor forms the spatial pattern of 'agglomeration along the river and regional joint innovating'. In terms of the stage of county innovation development in Hubei Province, county innovation can be divided into three stages, which are the initial stage, the growing stage, and the superiority established stage. Finally, suggestions on monitoring and research of county innovation development in Hubei Province are given.
